Measure one of your existing belts, from the the hole that shows the most wear, to the tongue of the belt and match to the length "M" in the chart below. Another way is to place a tape measure around your waist, through the pants belt loops. Whichever method you use, match the measured length "M", to the M dimension on the chart. You'll probably notice that the length you measured is about 2-inches larger than the denim size listed in the chart. Nobody has been able to tell us exactly why the standard belt lengths used in the apparel industry are shorter than the actual length, but we came up with the following chart to clarify things.
